COVID – Current safe practice means we are now not able to accept owner collections and drop-offs from the centre. As a result we are having to collect and pick-up all dogs and requires more flexibility on times.

We are moving to a fixed monthly fee for regular customers with a guaranteed place on specific days each week throughout the year.

- Days are fixed each week, collection from your home or you can drop-off/pick-up at a negotiated time each day.
- Daycare day is approximately 7 hours (including collection time) with collection/drop-off times to be negtiated.
- Half-day is appoximately 3.5 hours (including collection time) with times to be negotiated
- We are open Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.
- Term-time only rates available on request.
- A mileage supplement may be charged for collections outside Banbury.
- Contracted annually with one months notice for termination.
- Additional charges for puppies apply.

- Love and cuddles no extra charge.
- For services provided out of hours, weekends and bank holidays an additional charge will apply.
- For visits outside Banbury, but within a 5 mile radius, add 40 pence per mile per journey. Visits to homes more than 5 miles from Banbury will be negotiated on an individual basis.
- We cannot take bitches in season.
- Additional charges may apply for unneutered dogs, dogs with health or behavioural needs.
- Prices reviewed annually each January.
