 Natasha always knew she wanted to work with animals and attended Moreton Morrell college straight from school to gain her level 3 diploma in Animal Welfare and Management- diving in to all things animals including, veterinary nursing, canine behaviour and dog training modules. From there she spent time working with dogs in the pet care sector gaining valuable knowledge and skills, continiously advancing her professional qualifications and practical skills within the industry, including specialised practical and theory training with IMDT (institute of Modern Dog Trainers), The Kennel Club and Warwickshire college.  

 

She now runs RBC Petcare providing that trusted, 5 star, home from home service for local dogs. Natasha has created a space and service greatly desired by loving pet owners, blending professional knowledge with a love for what she does to give our dogs the best day, every day.

Sophie joined our team in January 2026, and since then she has been completing her training courses while gaining valuable knowledge and experience within the pet care industry. She now holds several certificates and is keen to extend her education further. She has a passion for instinctual behaviour and loves to spot these in our daily dogs.

Most importantly, Sophie has built a wonderful bond with every dog at RBC, and they absolutely adore her!

 

She is advancing her theory knowledge enrolling in a level 3 course designed for daycare environments alongside her practical work with our dogs in a daycare environment.

Elizabeth joined the team in 2024 when the new RBC was first established. She is very much loved by all the dogs and her lap is a firm favourite, she is our chief cuddler! 

Alongside completing her dog care training and courses, she also holds a degree in Illustration and has created many beautiful custom portraits of our dogs, as well as many of our RBC branded designs and illistrations.

 

Since joining the team, Elizabeth has gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in dog care and is also working towards her level 3 course specific to her role at RBC. She enjoys learing about dog behaviour and breed specific traits which she now holds several certificates in.

Elizabeth is also our web designer and social media expert, keeping everyone up to date with life at RBC and teachin us the latest trends to have fun with the dogs!
